We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in electrical/construction office management, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including scheduling - Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Coordinate office activities and ensure efficient workflow - Handle correspondence and communicate with clients, vendors, and staff - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with training development for new employees
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Experience in electrical/construction office management is a plus - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
