The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, well-organized, able to tune out distractions, and be a friendly face to welcome our walk-in customers.
Job duties include directing front office traffic, answering and forwarding calls on our multi-line phone system, organizing paperwork for delivery routes, and processing customer payments; along with other clerical duties such as copying and scanning documents, printing and organizing paperwork.
Microsoft Office experience preferred but not required.
Pay based on experience, to be discussed during the interview process.
