The primary function of the Mill Operator will be to break down raw product, and overstock on the Comerio/Roller Die mills.
Essential Functions:
Receive the proper instructions from Operator pertaining to the order to be run.
Check the material ticket located on the skid for proper compound identification.
Make sure that the number stamped on the compound is the same as the compound number located on the material ticket.
The Mill Operator or Operator is responsible for pulling and setting up compound for next order.
Make sure that the oldest mill dates are pulled and ran first.
Make sure to give all ticket to the Operator to be scanned After set-up is made one Mill Operator will return to the mills to keep rubber loaded and a bank on the Comerio calenders.
The other Mill Operator will continue to help the Comerio Operator start the product in the wind-up system, then return to the mills.
Both Mill Operators will continue to monitor and keep a proper amount of rubber on the mills.
When operating the mills, always use the proper tools such as a designated mill knife for cutting rubber down, and a calender knife for cutting rubber off of the skid.
When cutting on mills to break down the rubber, always cut low and away from yourself.
Be sure that rubber is broken down good before sending it to the calender.

MATH ABILITY Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
